In 1988 we started a family run business supplying greenhouse flowers to the wholesale trade in Western Australia.

In 1995 we launched a simple website showcasing some of the products we produced, and a few years later with the advent of secure encryption, we began online ordering for wholesale customers.
1998 some of our florist customers joined us to form the nucleus of our florist team, and we launched www.onlinegrower.com which became and still is the largest online florist in Western Australia. 1999 We launched www.floristaustralia.net.au which used the services of several relay services and affiliate florists in all states to offer a nationwide florist service. Later that year we redesigned the web site to allow more room to show affiliated products like teddies, chocolates and wine to accompany the flowers. Year 2000 the flowers, teddies and chocolates became so large in scale and variety we launched an online shopping mall to fully encompass and display the full range of products we are now able to buy with our increased buying power. We quickly added aromatherapy products, gourmet foods, balloons, party products and fine teas and coffee. We are very pleased to provide easy to use secure internet ordering for the diverse range of quality products we have gathered together under the Cornershops banner. The chocolates, gourmet and aromatherapy products are nearly all hand made locally. Our mission is to provide a mixture of old fashioned personal service together with modern online ordering.
